Oscar De La Hoya has reportedly been running his 10 milers at about 7000 feet of altitude (Big Bear) in prep for tonight's fight in 60 minutes flat.
Some boxers--esp in the lighter weight classes--Oscar weighed in yesterday at 145--are very good runners.
Absolutely, 100% no chance of 10 miles in 60 mins at 7k feet for De la Hoya. No chance he runs that at sea level, either. And I can't wait to see him take a beating tonight, by a man who is the antithesis to "the golden boy".
