Subject: Chronic Soreness/Tightness Right Side of Body
Body:

hey,
I have been dealing with a chronic weakness, tightness, and soreness of the right side of my body for the past year. It seems to have been triggered from hard hill repeats I did on the treadmill about a year ago. I have also been dealing with chronic right knee pain.

These feeling range from my right hip, to my right torso, the right side of my abs, the right side of my neck, and sometimes up into my shoulder. I have recently joined a Master's Swim Class and I noticed that I cannot get full extension on my stroke on my right side. Exercise seems to exacerbate the conditions. My doc doesn't think I have any neurological problems. I have mild scoliosis of my upper back as well as some postural problems which I have tried to self-correct but can't really seem to do anything about.

My knee seems to be a seperate issue, though it may be related to the first. Sometimes I feel as if my leg is not tracking properly for some reason, and my knee suffers because of it.

Any thoughts?
