Why is the Dec exempt and not the 10k? Now, you are going to have to run 4 10ks: qualifier, conference, regional, national, with 3 of them being in the last two months of the season. Maybe for the top guys the 10k at conference won't be that tough, and the regional will probably be tactical, but for the borderline guys who in the past could have peaked really well and snuck in there for AA, it will be much tougher.
