I\'d suggest the weights and sprints should be before the run for that session. A steady run is not going to have the purpose of that session compromised by the legs already being fatigued but not vice versa.
I don\'t agree good mechanics comes from volume. This may appear to occur when you get groups with good technique \"bashing out the miles\" but this is more down to natural selection than anything else - i.e. those with poor technique will break down and get injured rather. Their good technique is the reason they are able to put in high volumes, not the effect.
