RE: Sub 1:50 800m Training
this is really one of the best/most useful threads in a while! OldSub4, I have a couple of questions if you don't mind:

1) pace on distance runs. was it beneficial to push the non-workout days and run closer to threshold or did you just run them easy?

2) did you take any pre-planned days off or end of season breaks?
