I met my weekly mileage goal of 70.

12:10, 12:20, 12:36...big cramp and I started too fast even though it felt easy...if that makes sense

I start phase 2 in Daniels' Running Formula this week, and I am racing a 5k or 10k (still deciding) this Saturday.
