M: AM: 4.5 PM: 10 total 3x2mile+2:30 rest 12:10, 12:20, 12:36...big cramp and I started too fast even though it felt easy...if that makes sense T: AM:4.25 PM: 7.25 w/ 10x25second strides on the grass W: 9 TH: 8 F: AM:4 PM: 7 S: 13miles @710pace S: 7.5 Total: 73 I start phase 2 in Daniels' Running Formula this week, and I am racing a 5k or 10k (still deciding) this Saturday.
