Obviously, there is no way that anyone could buy anything off the street. There is no correlation to sprinters training in border towns and the availability of drugs just across the street in Mexico - the same goes for body building - there is absolutely no correlation between bodybuilding meccas in SoCal and the short jaunt across the border into Mexico.
