RE: Running your age for mileage on your birthday
I've also wondered about people running their age (divided by 10) for the mile (or women running their age for 1500), similar to golfers shooting their age.

I guess the youngest guy who's run his age was Coghlan, who ran sub-4:00 when he was over 40. I wonder who the oldest guy is--maybe some centenarian who clocked a sub-10:00 mile?
