Body: I think I might be semi-back on my feet. I was able to do a workout yesterday, and I'm going to at least attempt racing. Yesterday: 15 w/u, 15 w/d 3x1200 with 3 minutes at progressively faster pace 3:37, 3:33, 3:30 Last year when I ran this workout a few days out from my 5k pr (15:42) I ran 3:46, 3:41, 3:41. Clearly my fitness has progressed a little bit, but I still don't know exactly what it bodes for 5k. I'll probably go out around 4:50 mid and see what happens.
