Body: Week so far: Monday: 4x1200+3min rest on dirt trail Tuesday: 2x1200 w/ full recovey: 320,??(run by feel). He wanted the first one to be close to race pace, and the second one he wanted to focus on the first 600(1:38).3:20 1200 is the fastest I've ran in practice ever. Wed: easy 6.5 Th: 1x800 2x400 5min rest after the 800 and 2min rest after the 400. Times: 2:05,59,64 This may have been my best practice in my life. Friday: I'll most likely do an easy 5.
