I was 24 over all and 1st in age. (40-44). 28:35 was the time. Spits were good. went out in 5:25 and then said holy s--- thats too fast . then mile 2 was 604, 549, 541, and 533. it was WINDY and cold also. Felt real confident. This might just be a good year.
