I am 47 years old so I never thought I would bounce back quickly. He took off a pretty good amount of bone and the tendon was in pretty bad shape. I don't have any great tips for rehab. The best advice I can give (which I did not follow) would be to do as much cross training in the first two months as possible. By the time I was able to run decent mileage I was in terrible shape... It is coming back pretty quickly now though. I am pretty optimistic about where I will be in 6 months. We'll see. Again, good luck Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
