Housing info for athletes: www.eugene08.com Spectators staying in a campus dorm: http://center.uoregon.edu/conferences/uohousing/OlympicHousing08/registration/ Also, on eugene.craigslist.org some local folks are renting out their houses or couches for the week. Finally, you might look at Cottage Grove for hotels, it's only about 20 minutes from Eugene. Corvallis is 45 minutes away, while Salem and Roseburg are about an hour. Portland is 2 hours, too far.
