Body: A 10k runner will run once in the Super64 time slot and be looking to place 16th. (or higher). Then he/she will race again in the finals the next week in the Sweet 16. The same is true for the 5000. The steeple guy will have to run two rounds in the Super64, then progress to a final. The 100-1500 guys will do two rounds in the Super64 and two rounds in the Sweet16. Field events will do two rounds in the Super64 and in the Sweet 16. The NCAA will pick up costs for those who make the Sweet 16. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
