I know that a huge part of getting into Mensa is just having a nautrally high intelligence quotient. I was wondering, from those who are members or know of someone who is a member, are there any exercises and/or things one can do to increase their chances at passing the Mensa exam?

Mensa has a practice test online called the Mensa Workout (link below). It gives you 30 minutes to answer 30 questions. After you finish, it tells you your approximate likelihood of passing the actual test. In my opinion, it's a much better indicator than most of the other online IQ tests. Scores on most of those tend to be grossly inflated. Anyway, take a look at the practice test. If you do ok, just go for the entrance testing. What the hell, it's only 40 bucks.
