Body: Great, I can now add "happy slapping" to my list of things to be on the lookout for while running around DC (in addition to speeding cabs, gangsters, and the next aspiring Lance Armstrong). I first thought happy slapping would be something much more perverse than getting jacked in the face (something involving a trenchcoat wearing pedophile lurking under a bridge in Rock Creek Park). So I guess it could be worse than what happened to you. If these kids are dumb enough to do this a) in a relativity busy part of town and b) film it--chances are they'll get caught eventually.
