This man already performs in public for a national team, so why wouldn't he also take a talent so rare that would get him into at least the semifinals and perhaps the finals of the World Championships or Olympics in the 100 meter run? The simple answer is that the plausibly true part of the story is that he is man who can run fast and the false part is that he is 9.99 or faster.
