Good call. It is generally not a great idea to go out and buy the most expensive gear for show if you are not very good at what you do because that way you come across as a complete no-hoper. I belong to a rifle club and we got people who spend a LOT of money on the best looking gear and people just watch and turn away with a grin when they see how they score!
Btw, blue collar does not = no class. I know plenty of people with money and they got no class at all!
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
