i dont get why farah made a point of this. im not that good but will still be doubling like a lot of other people here. 15 really early in the morning before the kids wake up (hopefully) and 5 sometime in the afternoon
He made a point of it because the point of the article was to ask people whether they would be running on Christmas Day or not.
He didn't just send out a press release stating his Christmas training plans.
