Im a college guy gettin ready for this xc season. Im pretty decent at cross even though I am an 8/15 kind of guy. Our coach really isnt specific with mileage and leaves it all up o you. This is my third 70 mile week in singles. Always had to do two doubles last fall to get this mileage. Im feeling good too. I want to move up to peak 80-85mi weeks. So when is the optimum time to do this. I have a pretty demanding internship right now so its hard to do anymore than 70, but im done in two weeks.
