You need to build yourself up to that and run for fun and not think of it as a workout. You have to make it fun don't worry about your pace and just run. When you get bored or you feel like stopping look ahead and see if theres another runner up ahead and try to catch him and pass him that would motivate you to keep going or just run with random people you see, it would make running seem easier. Don't run at the same place all the time if you cant, go a different direction. If your running on a track if there are steps or a hill CLIMB IT!!!!! You need to keep yourself occupied. If none of this works just build yourself up. I hope you can read this I know some English teaching troll might comment on my grammar. And finally if you have anymore running questions don't ask it on letsrun 80% of them will just troll you ask on a different website like runnersworld or yahoo answers.
