Like others have said, 3:36 would be good. Anything faster would be great.
People talk about Webb because he has the talent to medal in the OG 1500m, even WIN the 1500m. It is unlikely he will ever replicate his fitness of 2007, but if does or comes close to, he could do very well at the Olympic Games. No other US distance runner (other than Lagat) has proven they are capable of running as well as Webb. They may be more consistent, a better bet for a good performance, but none have truly dazzled the way Webb has, even if it has been half a decade since he's done it.
