I actually just ran the 53 400 the other day after the 2:03 (we thought I only had about 55-high 54 speed fresh). I am most likely going to be put in the mile a couple of times this year and we really haven't been focusing on speed stuff mostly 1600 repeats and 2 400 workouts so far. To be honest I don't really want to be a 400 runner mostly because i'm naturally built like a distance runner 5'9 and 130.
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
