In my prime of my running I was 145-150lbs.. I have not run for 4 years basically, and my last race I ran was a 14:30 5k Race in Canada in 2007.
2 months ago I was over 200lbs, I started playing soccer once a week. Last month I was 190, and ran once a week. Now, The past 2.5 weeks I started running again every day. 20 minute runs, 30 minute runs, and doing P90X2 as well. I started off 1t 182, and I saw a considerable difference in my shape since I started and I somehow gained 5 lbs.
I plan on doing the full P90x2 workout for the full 90 days, and run everyday as well. How long will it take before I am able to run a sub 15:30 5k again?
1yr? Never again? 2 months?
