|Subject: ||RE: Other than eating at Subway more often, what are some more ways I can improve my diet?|
the chicken and turkey subs are pretty healthy. anything with bacon, salami, pepperoni, ham, or roast beef will have like 50%DV of fat. all the dressings are probably about 90% pure fat as well
You're an ignorant moron. Wow. I really hope you're trolling.
Footlong Italian BMT: 32g of fat
Footlong Cold Cut Combo: 26g of fat
Footlong Meatball Marinara: 36g of fat
Footlong Tuna: 48g of fat
Footlong Spicy Italian: 48g of fat
Chipotle sauce had 10g of fat per serving (which is probably doubled for a 12 inch), Mayo-12g, Olive oil- 5g,
I was wrong about ham and roast beef, which have about 10g per Footlong
