OP, Subway is terrible for you. Research proves over and over again that the more you process food, the less healthy it becomes. Subway is the perfect example of a corporation processing the sh!t out of every aspect of its food in order to save a buck.
If you really want to lose weight and get healthier, eat more fruit and veg. It's as simple as that.
I'm finding it hard to see how wheat bread, chicken breast meat, and a variety of vegetables is "terrible" for you.
