Trying to plan out weekly mileage for the 3 weeks prior to raceday. I've averaged 87 mpw over the past 5 weeks, and 82 mpw over the past 9 weeks. I am going to keep the quality there but reduce volume. I am thinking something like this but welcome input. The taper is the one part of the marathon puzzle that always eludes me.
2 weeks to go 75-85
1 week to go 50-75?
race week 20 + marathon
