I feel good. I finished all of the workouts from this thread over the course of my boston build up: http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=2487659&page=0
I've averaged 100+ over the last 4 weeks, and have gotten in some pretty damn good workouts. The shame is that I am finally feeling good and I have to start tapering! Hopefully keep fitness where it is this week, but I am going to run the Carlsbad 5000 sunday as a dress rehearsal/pre boston booster so I want to keep things pretty relaxed after weds. If the weather is right in Boston I think I have a shot at a good time.
