Brumrunner Your week sounds pretty tough; quite a lot of miles done on single runs. If I were you I would not be surprised to feel little flat on a race day. And great Sunday btw.
80-90 miles great week; strong session on Tuesday and nice long on Saturday. I think you will go deep under the 2:30.
Pablo enjoy your rest, it is well deserved after that half marathon.
Categorically great week; you nailed all of the key workouts, track-tempo-long
looking strong, keep it up.
