Pablo: That's bad luck about the ankle. Make sure you get some massage work done on your calf - it will help with the recovery for your ankle. Time off is a good thing - there is a lot of science behind time off correlating to improved athletic performance, especially for someone who trains as hard as you do. Enjoy the time off!
