The last two posts pretty much back up my statement. If you're a decently talented former runner, you could run around 4h with no training but the 2nd half would likely be very painful.
Now with no running background and no talent, you can still do it, but it's more likely going to be around 6h. Also very positive splits *lol*
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
If you answer this question you should be able to post.
