I would taper significantly. Since 12 weeks ago your weekly mileage was in the 30's, you've put a significant stress on your system by increasing to 60 so quickly. Maybe 50 this week with workouts as planned, then 35-40 race week with only short runs with strides over the last three days. Let your body recover from the increased workload so you're feeling strong on race day.
