Let's see. Last spring I did 8x200 averaging 28.7 (1:54.8 pace) with 200 jog recovery in 62-67. Later that week I raced a 1500 in 4:00, then 3 weeks later raced an 800 in 1:54.6.
So take that for whatever it means.
