I did a workout similiar to that. Except i ony did 6 200's and they ranged from 28 to 25.
I was in 1:59 shape then. So i think you could proably be in like 1:53 shape depending on your PR and how hard that workout was.
200's arent the best way to measure fitness though... I've ran 4x200 at the end of a workout in 25 with limited rest. Each of them got easier cause i had time to recover from the speed workout i did earlier.
but the point is, people can be running 200's in 25, and be recovering more and more each interval.
