|Subject: ||RE: Predict my 800 time from a 10x200 workout w/ 200 jog recovery!|
Times were: 26.5, 27.1 (oops), 26.6, 26.7, 26.4, 26.1, 26.2, 26.6, 25.8, 25.5
Context: Mid-high 60s, sunny, rather windy (started into a cross wind), spikes, solo.
What can I run in an 800? Thanks for the help!
If you could have done this on exactly 60 seconds rest, this is what I would have said:
1:45.4 in a good race on your best day in best conditions. This is what your average is (26.35) times 4.
Since you had 20-25% more rest than that, probably two seconds slower.
To the op compare your session to the exact same session you did before your pr. Of course I'm guessing you did not do that as that would require common sense
