The thing is that during winter track, we would only do like 2-4 400m with I think like 3 mins rest in between and I did each rep in 80 sec. A week later I ran a 5:19. For the past month and a half I greatly increased my mileage and would expect to run much faster than a 5:19.
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
