10 x 400 @ mile race pace. 200 jog recovery in 55-70 seconds.
2 sets x 500-300 @ 800 pace. 100 jog recovery in 60 seconds, 10 minutes between sets.
Maybe some 150's or 200's after depending on how they feel.
These are something (or some variation of such) that everyone has done at some point high school through pro.
