ok, I'm climbing on the Pete bandwagon.
Starting today, I will do his 5k program for two months and see what happens.
Tonight: 5 x 2 minutes, 3 min rest. Tomorrow, I double.
And sounds like I get to drink beer too, so it's all good.
So how did the 2 months benefit your 5k racing times?
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
