|Subject: ||Arkansas Runners- McDonnell Era|
I've always been intrigued by the Hog runners of the 80s/90s that ran under Coach Mac and what their stories were. It's easy to look at runners like Ritz and Goucher and follow their HS to college careers but not as easy when you have a canadian guy like Bunston or a mystery Juco transfer like Godfrey Siamusiye.
I guess I'm interested in pretty much anything about those guys- what they ran prior to being a hog, how much they improved at Arkansas, crazy workouts performed(like the supposed 38 minute 8 milers Bunston/G$ were doing on easy days), what they ran after college, etc.
There were just so many amazing runners to pass through Fayetteville, it'd be a shame not to get some good talk going here.
