Physical injuries respond quite well to rest and proper treatments.
I would suggest that there is an alternative cause of your chronic pain.
Inner Stress/Tension/Anxiety which initiates through your autonomic nervous system a biochemical process called Oxygen Deprivation. This results in chronic soreness/tightness, burning sensations, spasms, sciatica/piriformis and hip and knee pain.
