Thanks so much man. I don't know if I want to compete in college- 10K sounds harsh- but I'm definitely going to be running crazy mileage to prepare for some marathons. Strange though it may be, I really love the feeling of my legs being tired from high mileage. I equally love the Saturday morning long runs I did this summer- cruising 6:50s for 12 or 13 miles. I just feel awesome. I think I have the build and mentality of a marathoner so I want to start to build up my mileage for that. I just want to be able to realize my potential as a runner and I think I can best do that as a marathoner. I guess we'll see in 10 years how it goes!
