I going to have to agree with what you are saying. I couldn't run again yeasterday and I'm still sore and tight today from my Sunday run. I seem to feel much more comfortable with an anterior pelvic tilt. This gives me a little forward lean from the ankles and I'm able to generate power that feels easier and lasts longer.
I looked at a lot of film on youtube and it seems that many of the top runners (el g, coe, etc.) have an anterior pelvic tilt.
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
