damn, eddy, you are doing outstanding. don't know what drf stands for (best I could do was daily racing form) but that is really good to run road or xc 5k's under your track pr. and I don't know how you do those workouts and then run so much faster in races. maybe you're just very comfortable in those workouts. but your threshold run is good and probably a big key to that. keep it up.
