since you're still training very hard two days before your race, the race isn't that important to you, so I wouldn't worry about it. Plus, I've very often had bad races at the end of excellent weeks of training and good races at the end of bad weeks of training. all this should pay off next month when you limit hard workouts shortly before your races. keep up with the squats as that will improve explosiveness.
