I'm glad to see that everyone is doing well.
I'll just report a little on my training.
I decided to start training on the basis what I believe is the best way for me to get back into it. I want to increase the mileage for about 2 more weeks, and then start transitioning to the track.
I have a meet this weekend, and it is my choice if I would like to go and compete. I am thinking about not going.
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
If you answer this question you should be able to post.
