someone on here suggested 6x200 maybe twice a week. get the legs turning over. after even a few weeks that should help turnover.
i defer to the wisdom of whomever brought that up before.
To combat message board spam (by non runners). We are making people answer a brief question before they can post on a thread that is over 20 days old.
