I’m at dinner with my teammates on spring break and a big debate broke out: Would you rather drink 3 sodas or 3 beers about 3 hours before a race (5k preferably)? The beers have to be standard cheap drinks. For example, a bud-light is more in the range of consideration than a double IPA would be. As for sodas, we’re allowing most sodas besides light-diet kind of drinks. Discus.
