I got a pair of Nike Zoom Rival M 8 spikes for 400m relay 800m and 1600m and haven't had a chance to break them in yet. My first meet is in 2 days. Will I be ok without breaking them in? Is there something I can try to break them in?

Just do a couple strides in them the day before the meet or before your race.
spikes are usually light enough to not really need breaking in, just wear them a little bit the day before your race to make sure you wont get serious blisters or anything
Thank you!
Thank you!
Try wearing them once on a track ahead of your race to make sure they fit OK, and you are wearing the right socks (thin/thick/none). You want to find any potential areas with high friction (along with heat and moisture) that could cause a blister. In general, the thin soles on a track spike don't need to be broken in like a training shoe.
