I am a 800 runner who runs around a 2:08 800 and I would like to know what kind of workouts I can be expecting to run a sub 2:05 800 this outdoor season. We do workouts like 5- 200s, 8-10 400s, 5-800s, and some cutdown ladders from 1600-400. For the 400s I usually average around 72 with 90-120 sec rest, the 800s are around 2:35-38 with 2 mins. For the 200s we go from 31 down to 27 with full recovery. If someone could provide paces that would indicate sub 2:05 that would be great
