Looking to add some doubles into my training for Berlin this fall. In training for Tokyo I ran 65-75 miles on 6 singles per week and was thinking to add a few 3-5 mile easy sessions in throughout late spring and summer.
I don't plan to double on workout days but am curious about doubling on the easy days. Currently I do most of my running in the evening, can I add the easy 3-5 miles in the am and continue with my 8-11 easy in the pm or for full benefits or do I need to do the longer session first?
